Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven SEO Analyst with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the B2B domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AIO (AI Optimization) tools and strategies, back-link building, guest posting, and on-page and technical SEO. A strong grasp of off-page optimization techniques and performance analytics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute on-page SEO strategies including keyword research, meta-tag optimization, internal linking, and content structuring.

• Conduct thorough technical SEO audits and implement improvements (site speed, crawlability, mobile optimization, etc.).

• Manage and implement effective off-page optimization including back-link building and guest-posting initiatives.

• Utilize AI-based optimization (AIO) tools for enhanced keyword analysis, content generation, and SERP tracking.

• Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-optimized articles and landing pages.

• Monitor and analyze website performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Develop and maintain SEO reports, rankings, and KPIs.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.

• Prioritize SEO strategies tailored for B2B marketing funnels and lead generation.

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of proven SEO experience.

• Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.

• Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Experience with AIO tools or AI-assisted SEO is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and CMS platforms.

• Experience in guest-posting outreach and quality back-link building.

• Prior exposure to B2B SEO strategy and implementation is highly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.

• Google Analytics or HubSpot SEO certification is a plus.
