Digital / SEO Manger
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking, traffic, and lead generation.
Plan and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels – Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to drive organic growth.
Handle Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Webmaster Tools for insights and reporting.
Create and monitor content strategies aligned with SEO best practices.
Manage Lead Generation process, ensuring timely distribution and follow-ups through ERP/CRM.
Ensure accurate lead nurturing, tracking, and reporting to optimize sales conversions.
Integrate and manage ERP & CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) to streamline digital and sales processes.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure digital strategies support business goals.
Track KPIs (leads, CPL, CTR, conversions, ROI) and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
Stay updated on latest digital trends, tools, and technologies to keep the organization competitive.
Manage and mentor a small team of digital executives, SEO specialists, and designers.
Required Skills & Tools Expertise:
Strong knowledge of SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest.
Advertising Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads.
Analytics Tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio.
Social Media Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social.
Email Marketing: Mailchimp, SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns.
CRM/ERP Knowledge: Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, SAP (basic level).
Website/Content Tools: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
Lead Management: Strong skills in lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing, and automation workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing / SEO / Lead Management.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills.
