Hiring: SEO Executive for Women’s Clothing Brand (Full-Time)

We're looking for a creative and analytical SEO Executive to grow our brand visibility, drive website traffic, and improve conversion through organic channels. This is a target-based role requiring strong technical and content SEO knowledge, especially in the fashion and apparel industry.

About the Brand
A growing women’s clothing label offering ethnic wear, co-ord sets, dresses, saris, tops, and fusion wear—across platforms and own website.

Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research & Strategy:
Identify high-traffic, high-intent keywords in the fashion/apparel niche for product listings, blogs, and collection pages.

On-Page SEO:
Optimize product descriptions, meta titles, tags, image alt text, URL structure, internal linking, and headers for all website pages.

Off-Page SEO:
Build backlinks via blog outreach, fashion directories, guest posts, influencer collabs, and more.

Content Collaboration:
Work with the content team to plan seasonal/collection-based blogs, styling tips, and fashion-related content that ranks.

Technical SEO:
Monitor and improve site speed, mobile usability, crawl issues, and schema markup (product, breadcrumb, etc.).

Traffic & Ranking Analysis:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs to measure traffic growth, keyword rankings, bounce rate, and ROI from organic efforts.

Marketplace Optimization (if applicable):
Assist in improving SEO performance on platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart through A+ content, keyword-rich titles, and reviews strategy.

Monthly SEO Targets (KPIs):
Increase website organic traffic by 10–15% month-over-month

Achieve first-page ranking for 10+ brand-relevant keywords within 3–6 months

Contribute to 20% growth in non-paid conversions

Build 15+ high-quality backlinks monthly

Publish 4+ SEO-optimized blog articles per month (in collaboration)

✅ Required Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of SEO experience (fashion/e-commerce industry preferred)

Solid understanding of SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

Strong command of keyword research, analytics, and content strategy

Knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce/WordPress is a plus

Ability to meet traffic, ranking & content-based goals independently
