Roles and Responsibilities:
~ Manage all day-to-day office administrative activities efficiently.
~ Communicate effectively in Hindi, English, and Kannada for internal and external coordination.
~ Handle documentation, correspondence, and report preparation with accuracy and professionalism.
~ Prepare and present company presentations (PPTs) and maintain Excel reports as required.
~ Support management in drafting mails, preparing quotations, and sharing company profiles with clients.
~ Maintain proper filing systems, records, and office-related documentation.
~ Coordinate with vendors and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
~ Exhibit excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills in all dealings.
~ Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
~ Ensure confidentiality and uphold organizational values at all times.
