Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products.

• Design and create scientific promotional materials for Medical Representatives (MRs).

• Analyze sales data and market trends to support strategic planning.

• Monitor competitor products and align marketing efforts accordingly.

• Drive profitability and sustained growth of assigned products.

• Coordinate with the sales team to execute marketing plans.

• Plan, organize, and support the launch of new pharmaceutical products.

• Conduct product training sessions for Medical Representatives.

• Collaborate closely with the Group Product Manager for planning and reporting.

• Stay updated on industry trends and scientific advancements in pharmaceuticals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Life Sciences).

• Preferred Experience: Up to 2 years as a Medical Representative (MR); freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing with excellent communication skills.

Additional Details

• Compensation: ₹30,000/- per month.

• Reporting To: Group Product Manager.

• Location: Delhi (Head Office).
