We are looking for a Performance Marketing to join to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹40000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Optimize landing pages for conversion rate improvement.
Create compelling ad copy and conduct A/B testing to refine messaging.
Monitor competitors’ paid media strategies.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for key stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid media.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media ad platforms.
Experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Proficiency with PPC tools like SEMrush, SpyFu, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
