A Real Estate Manager with over 5 years of experience is responsible for managing property portfolios, overseeing sales or leasing operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operational performance across real estate assets. This role requires hands-on experience in property transactions, team coordination, and financial oversight, with a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Property and Portfolio Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned real estate assets (commercial, residential, or mixed-use).
Manage leasing, sales, acquisitions, and property maintenance processes.
Ensure properties comply with all legal, safety, and operational standards.
Client and Tenant Relations:
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, owners, brokers, and third-party service providers.
Address and resolve client/tenant issues promptly and professionally.
Negotiate and manage lease/sale agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Sales and Leasing Management:
Lead and coordinate property marketing and lead generation efforts.
Manage the sales or leasing process from inquiry to closing.
Monitor and report on occupancy/vacancy rates and sales targets.
Team Coordination:
Supervise junior staff, brokers, and support personnel involved in property transactions.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Financial Oversight:
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for assigned properties or projects.
Monitor income, expenses, rent collection, and ROI performance.
Approve vendor invoices and manage cost efficiency measures.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Conduct property valuations and feasibility studies when required.
Provide data-driven insights to support investment or divestment decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in real estate operations, sales, leasing, or property management.
Strong understanding of real estate contracts, leasing laws, and financial metrics.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
