The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing local marketing strategies that generate demand, support retail partnerships, and drive direct laptop sales. This is a boots-on-the-ground role focused on in-person engagement, events, demos, and channel support. You’ll work closely with sales reps, retail partners, and channel teams to bring our brand to life at the local level.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute local events, product demos, trade shows, and campus activations.

Build and manage relationships with retail partners, resellers, and educational institutions.

Support retail staff with training, promotional materials, and hands-on product education.

Coordinate in-store promotions, signage, merchandising, and brand presence.

Track ROI of local events and adjust strategy to improve lead generation and conversions.

Represent the brand at field events—delivering presentations and engaging with end-users.

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with territory goals.

Gather local market insights to inform national campaigns and product positioning.

✅ Qualifications
Must-Have:
3+ years of field or channel marketing experience, ideally in consumer electronics or retail tech.

Strong organizational and event management skills.

Comfortable with frequent travel within assigned territory.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and training skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple field initiatives.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience in laptop or hardware product marketing.

Knowledge of retail partner ecosystems (e.g., Best Buy, local IT resellers, campus stores).

Background in sales or direct customer engagement.
