Job Description:
We are seeking a result-driven Marketing Manager to lead offline marketing, trade promotion, and brand-building activities for Materials Mart, Lucknow. The role focuses on developing strong supplier and customer networks, driving footfall to the store, and positioning Materials Mart as the most trusted marketplace for construction materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and end customers.
Coordinate with suppliers and brands for product launches, in-store branding, and co-promotions.
Manage ATL & BTL marketing activities including hoardings, events, print media, and roadshows.
Ensure proper merchandising, store branding, and product display.
Conduct market research to identify demand trends and competitor activities.
Drive B2B tie-ups and partnerships for bulk procurement and institutional sales.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, trade marketing, or channel sales.
Strong network in the construction, building materials, or retail sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to plan and execute events, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.
