We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company’s brand presence, managing the marketing team, and implementing strategic campaigns across digital and offline platforms. Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management & Strategy:
Plan and execute marketing activities to build and strengthen the company’s brand.
Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify branding opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and support the marketing team to achieve department goals.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews for team members.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts between marketing, sales, and design teams.
External Marketing & Promotions:
Organize and oversee promotional events, property exhibitions, and on-ground activations.
Build relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Develop partnerships and community engagement programs to increase visibility.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize the company’s online presence including website, social media, and email campaigns.
Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and ensure regular performance monitoring.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc., to measure campaign effectiveness.
Content & Collateral:
Supervise the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, presentations, and ad creatives.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and speaks effectively to the target audience.
Market Research & Reporting:
Conduct competitor analysis and customer insights surveys.
Prepare detailed reports on marketing KPIs and ROI for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of relevant marketing experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
Proven experience in digital marketing and use of marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Candidate should only be based out of Chennai.
