We are looking for a proactive and strategic marketing manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across interior design & turnkey contracting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating quality leads, and supporting sales through innovative marketing campaigns and strong industry networking.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement targeted lead generation campaigns using digital and offline methods.

• Coordinate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

• Support project acquisition by creating compelling presentations, portfolios, and pitch decks.

• Align marketing plans with business development goals and annual revenue targets.

• Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities in commercial, and institutional segments.

• Leverage and grow a strong network of architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and contractors.

• Build and nurture long-term client and vendor relationships to increase referrals and repeat business.

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in interior design, furniture, or construction industries.

• Strong industry connections and proven success in network-based lead generation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
