A Marketing Field Executive is responsible for implementing marketing strategies on the ground, promoting products/services directly to customers, building relationships, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales/marketing targets within a specific area or region.
Key Responsibilities
Visit prospective customers, businesses, and retail outlets to promote company products/services.
Generate leads, follow up with clients, and convert prospects into sales.
Conduct field surveys, collect market feedback, and analyze competitors’ activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in the field for long hours.
Basic knowledge of sales & marketing principles.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred for field mobility).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused personality.
