Role Overview:

The Marketing BTL (Below-The-Line) Executive is responsible for executing and managing ground-level marketing activities that drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support store-level growth. This role involves close coordination with the field, sales, and operations teams to ensure the effective rollout of local marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute BTL campaigns such as leaflet distribution, canopy setups, van activations, and other on-ground promotions.

2. Conduct in-store and field-based promotional activities to boost customer engagement.

3. Monitor and track campaign performance through photos, footfall data, and customer feedback.

4. Assist in branding activities for new store openings (NSO) and support launch-related execution.

5. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to increase store walk-ins and local visibility.

Required Skills:

1. Fluency in the local language (Tamil) and basic communication skills in English.

2. Strong coordination skills and hands-on experience in field execution.

3. Ability to solve problems independently and handle on-ground challenges.

4. Basic reporting skills – preparing simple reports with photos and data insights
