Job Title: Field Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing

Location: Nandadeep Eye Hospital, Kolhapur

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:

To promote Nandadeep Eye Hospital’s services in Kolhapur region through field activities, build strong relationships with referral doctors, institutions, and community groups, and generate patient footfall for OPD and specialty clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Marketing Activities

• Conduct regular visits to referral doctors, clinics, optical shops, and pharmacies to build strong relationships.

• Distribute hospital brochures, flyers, and awareness material in targeted areas.

• Coordinate with schools, colleges, and corporates for eye check-up camps and tie-ups.

• Collect and report market intelligence on competitors and patient feedback.

2. Referral Development

• Engage with local doctors (general physicians, ophthalmologists, optometrists) to strengthen referral network.

• Ensure proper communication about hospital specialties, services, and packages.

• Track and maintain referral database, ensuring consistent follow-up.

3. Community Engagement

• Assist in organizing and executing health camps, CME programs, and awareness drives.

• Build connections with NGOs, community leaders, and social organizations.

• Promote special eye health awareness days (World Sight Day, Glaucoma Day, etc.).

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily visit records and submit reports to the Marketing Manager.

• Track patient inflow generated through field activities.

• Coordinate with digital/indoor marketing team for aligned campaigns.
