Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a high-impact role requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, delivery) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven track record in sales or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
