About the Role:

CNX News Channel is expanding its advertising reach in the real estate sector, and we are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and presentable female marketing executive who can meet clients in the field, explain our advertisement packages, and bring new business to the channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit builders, property dealers, and business owners for advertising opportunities.

Explain CNX News Channel’s advertisement benefits and packages.

Close deals for real estate advertisement slots.

Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert them into paying clients.

Coordinate with internal teams and the director for campaign planning.

Be available for regular office meetings and planning sessions.

Requirements:

Female candidate only.

Smart and presentable appearance.

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

Experience in field sales or marketing (real estate/media preferred).

Confident in client meetings and business pitching.

Must be comfortable with outdoor visits and target-based work.

Bonus if You Have:

Prior experience in real estate advertisement or media sales.

Local area knowledge and strong client network.
