Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years

Salary Range: Up to ₹22,500 per month (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Service Associate – Marketing to handle service coordination, client communication, and support marketing activities related to water treatment systems like RO Plants, Water Softeners, and Filtration Units. The candidate should be capable of managing customer service requests, maintaining service schedules, and assisting in marketing follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients for installation, maintenance, and service schedules.

Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution.

Assist the sales/marketing team in client follow-ups and field visits when required.

Maintain records of service reports, feedback, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

Support marketing activities such as customer communication, quotations, and reporting.

Work closely with the technical team to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
