We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Field Executive to join our team at Hireinside. This role is ideal for someone passionate about both traditional and digital marketing, with a strong interest in fieldwork and brand building. You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, engaging with customers, and enhancing our brand presence both online and offline.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution

• Organize and manage BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities such as events, stalls, and promotions

• Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback

• Support lead generation activities and increase brand visibility

• Conduct market research and contribute to advertising strategies

• Maintain and grow the brand’s image across digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

🎯 Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

• Experience: 0.5 to 6+ years in marketing or a related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of marketing and AI tools

• A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving and campaign planning

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

🚨 Note: A bike is mandatory for this role.

💰 Salary & Benefits:
