We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at Finonest India Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and Execute Channel Strategies: Design and implement channel sales strategies to increase through partner networks.
· Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners including agents, brokers, and financial advisors.
· Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with channel partners, maintaining regular communication and conducting business reviews to ensure alignment and mutual growth.
· Sales Enablement & Training: Provide training, marketing support, and product knowledge to partners, empowering them to effectively sell the company’s financial offerings.
· Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance using CRM and analytics tools; address issues and areas for improvement proactively.
· Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that channel partners can use for end-customer outreach.
· Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate contracts and incentive schemes to maximize partner motivation and optimize profitability.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Cooperate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services through partners[1][2][3].
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
