Title: Marketing Executive
We are an authorized partner of a reputed telecom brand, and we’re hiring Marketing Executives to help us expand our reach in Nashik and surrounding areas. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for outbound field marketing and direct sales of internet connectivity solutions. This includes identifying potential customers, presenting solutions, closing sales, and providing after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to residential and business customers for promoting telecom connectivity services.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calls, door-to-door visits, and networking.
Explain product offerings such as Internet Leased Lines, MPLS-VPN, SIP Telephony, and related services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their internet and connectivity requirements.
Maintain a database of customers and follow up on inquiries and leads regularly.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Report daily activities, client feedback, and sales performance to the supervisor.
Provide post-sales support, including coordination for service activation and addressing basic client concerns.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Keep updated on telecom product features, market trends, and competitor activity.
Eligibility Criteria:
Male candidates only (due to travel and field-based nature of the job)
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Must own a 2-wheeler with valid driving license and vehicle documents
Proficient in Hindi and Marathi; working knowledge of English is an advantage
Candidates with experience in telecom sales, broadband services, or field marketing will be given preference
Freshers are welcome – training will be provided
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (commensurate with experience and capabilities)
Incentives: Attractive commission structure – earn ₹4,000–₹8,000 extra based on monthly sales
Benefits: Conveyance allowance, PF, ESIC, and other facilities as per company norms
