A Marketing Field Executive is responsible for executing on-ground marketing strategies to promote products or services, generate leads, and build brand visibility. This role involves direct interaction with customers, vendors, and partners, often requiring travel to various locations.
Conduct field visits to promote company offerings and generate leads.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and retailers.
Execute local marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events.
Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, samples) in target areas.
Collect market intelligence and competitor insights from the field.
Report daily activities, lead status, and feedback to the marketing manager.
Support sales team with on-ground lead conversion and follow-ups.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and customer engagement.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting apps is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or promotions.
Fluency in local language(s) and English.
