We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Marketing Executive to lead our on-ground promotional activities, particularly across colleges and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand promotion, relationship building, and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance the company’s visibility and outreach.
Visit colleges and academic institutions to promote the company’s programs, services, and initiatives.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and student engagement activities as part of marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with college authorities, faculty members, and student groups.
Execute and support campus events, workshops, and promotional activities to improve brand presence.
Implement field marketing strategies and identify potential outreach opportunities.
Ensure proper distribution of marketing materials and maintain brand visibility on campus.
Collect feedback, insights, and market intelligence from field activities to support marketing planning.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly visit reports and share updates with the marketing team.
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.
MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
1–2 years of experience in field marketing, campus outreach, brand promotion, or related roles.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence in addressing large groups and handling field interactions.
Willingness to travel frequently for college visits and events.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Experience working with educational institutions or student communities.
High energy, positive attitude, and strong professional ethics.
