About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven Marketing Executives to join our real estate team in Seoni. You will play a key role in promoting our projects, driving brand awareness, generating quality leads, and supporting sales efforts through both digital and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute effective marketing strategies for real estate projects

• Manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, listings, etc.)

• Create engaging content for brochures, posts, ads, and newsletters

• Run lead generation campaigns and coordinate with sales for conversion

• Organize on-site events: open houses, project launches, exhibitions

• Collaborate with designers, vendors, and agencies for branding materials

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior

• Maintain and update website and social media platforms

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• 0–4 years of marketing experience (real estate preferred)

• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms

• Strong communication, presentation & coordination skills

• Creative thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Basic skills in MS Office, Canva, or Adobe tools are a plus
