MBA Marketing Freshers (Inside Sales) – Management Trainee

Salary
Budget: 3 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lead generation, qualification, and conversion through inside sales channels.
- Reach out to potential clients, explain fintech product offerings, and schedule meetings or demos.
- Support account management and ensure excellent client interactions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Office Hours
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities (very good comm skills required).[1]
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.[1]
- Ability to learn about fintech products/services and communicate benefits clearly.[1]
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to grow in a fintech sales environment.[1]
Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing) freshers; 2024-2025 pass outs only.
- Willingness to work from the office in Hitech City, Madhapur.
