We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Executive to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, coordination of executive activities, and ensuring efficient communication and workflow across departments.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior executives
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
Support planning and execution of business meetings, conferences, and events
Track and follow up on action items from meetings and reports
Perform administrative support tasks, including document filing, data entry, and office coordination
Liaise with stakeholders, departments, and external contacts as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Discretion, professionalism, and integrity
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is a plus
