Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support the sales team. This role involves both digital and offline marketing, content creation, campaign management, and coordination of promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online listings.

• Create marketing content such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and newsletters.

• Handle lead generation campaigns and coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion.

• Organize and promote on-site events such as open houses, property launches, and exhibitions.

• Collaborate with advertising agencies, designers, and vendors for marketing materials and promotional activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.

• Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms regularly.

• Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

Requirements:

• Min 12th

• 0–4 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office, social media tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
