• Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation, customer support, and telesales.

• Manage booking and dispatch operations, ensuring timely order processing and delivery coordination.

• Maintain quality standards by monitoring calls, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales and service performance.

• Update CRM and maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) for smooth workflow.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language preferred).

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Good telephone etiquette and confident on calls.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.

• Time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Positive attitude, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.

• Experience: 0–3 years in Sales / Tele calling / BPO / Dispatch / Customer Service (Freshers welcome).
