• Identify relevant consumer-focused (B2C) and trade (B2B) events, exhibitions, and pop ups where Ugaoo should participate.
• Manage end-to-end coordination — from vendor onboarding, stall setup, logistics, staffing, merchandising to execution.
• Evaluate ROI from events through leads generated, footfall driven, and brand recall.
2. Local Retail Activations
• Plan and execute hyperlocal marketing activities such as society sales, flea markets, plant pop-ups, and residential activations within proximity of Ugaoo’s retail stores.
• Build partnerships with Resident Welfare Associations, cafes, co-working spaces, and relevant venues for pop-up collaborations.
• Ensure timely deployment of collaterals, promotional offers, and staff training for each activation.
3. Store Launch Support
• Coordinate and manage store launch events across cities — including guest invitations, PR presence, influencer participation, and in-store experience planning.
• Work with vendors and local agencies for décor, giveaways, branded collaterals, and launch-day logistics.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking
• Gather on-ground insights about consumer behaviour, footfall patterns, local competitors, and pricing strategies in each key market.
• Create regular intelligence reports to help the marketing and retail teams improve campaign strategies and formats.
• Stay updated with best practices in offline retail marketing and suggest innovative ideas to enhance Ugaoo’s in-store and local marketing experience.
