Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase hospital visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Conduct outreach activities such as health camps, corporate tie-ups, school/college programs, and community events.
Collaborate with internal departments to promote specialty services (OPD, Health Check-ups, ICU, IVF, etc.).
Execute digital marketing and social media initiatives in coordination with the hospital’s online presence team.
Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Assist in designing brochures, banners, and promotional material.
Support patient engagement programs and feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
Achieve monthly and quarterly patient acquisition and revenue targets.
