Job Title: Field Staff – Real Estate

Location: Navalur

Experience: 1–2 Years (Real Estate / Field Sales Preferred)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Staff to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site visits, client follow-ups, property listings, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and property inspections

• Meet potential clients and explain property details.

• Collect and update property data from builders, agents, and owners.

• Support the sales team with leads and follow-ups.

• Assist in organizing site visits and promotional events

• Maintain good communication with clients and provide updates regularly.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate or field sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel within city limits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp communication
