What You’ll Do
Lead Offline Marketing initiatives across Delhi’s UPSC hubs (especially ORN), connecting directly with aspirants through creative campaigns and events.
Build and nurture community engagement — online and offline — by understanding aspirants’ real pain points, motivations, and needs.
Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive visibility, trust, and word-of-mouth adoption.
Gather insights from the field, bring back qualitative data, and help shape product and content decisions.
Represent PadhAI at aspirant hotspots, coaching institutes, libraries, and study circles — helping us make a real difference where it matters most.

Who You Are
You’ve been a UPSC aspirant and understand the grind, the mindset, and the community.
You’re outgoing, organized, and action-driven — comfortable talking to people, managing on-ground tasks, and tracking results.
Strong communicator in English and Hindi.
Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel for planning and tracking activities.
A team player who can work independently while staying aligned with growth goals
