Job Title: Marketing Officer – FMCG
The Marketing Officer is responsible for driving product sales, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, distributors and retailers. This role plays a key part in achieving revenue targets and ensuring product visibility in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors and retailers.
Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Collect and analyze sales data to prepare performance reports.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up and realization of pending payments.
Basic Skills Required:
Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to engage clients and team members.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals with vendors and buyers.
