We are seeking an MBA fresher with interest in marketing and client outreach to join our team. The role involves drafting and formatting email templates, preparing structured databases in Excel/Google Sheets, and managing day-to-day email campaigns for business communication.

The first 3 months will be a training period with a stipend of ₹ 8000/- month. After successful completion, full-time employment will be offered with revised salary

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and format professional business emails for outreach and marketing.

• Create and maintain Excel/Google Sheets databases of clients/prospects.

• Segment data (industry / location / service type) for targeted email outreach.

• Schedule and send bulk emails through standard platforms (Gmail / Outlook).

• Track responses and prepare weekly status reports.

• Support the marketing team in follow-ups and record-keeping.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing / General) – freshers welcome.

• Good command over written English for professional communication.

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (filtering, formatting, data cleaning).

• Knowledge of basic digital marketing concepts preferred.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Prior exposure to email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot etc ) will be an advantage.
