We are looking for a MARKETING AND SALES to join our team at Oro Engineers And Consultants to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000 with growth opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Frontend Sales Executive (Showroom Sales):
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the furnishing store.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Demonstrate features, fabric, design, and furnishing options.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ensure proper product display and maintain showroom standards.
Should able to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Field Sales Executive:
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and leads from customers.
Demonstrate product, pricing, and offers to B2B/B2C customers.
Conduct promotional activities at sites.
Maintain customer database (CRM) and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with the showroom team for order processing.
Should able to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Required Skills:
Proven record in Sales filed.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with good convincing ability.
Knowledge of home furnishing/retail industry preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude and sales-driven mindset.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in retail sales/inside sales (furnishing/interior industry preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
