Maintain follow-up with clients to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure client requirements are aligned with project plans.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
Manage social media pages, online promotions, and brand awareness activities.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns related to interior designing.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Handle client queries, negotiations, and service-related issues professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in interior designing, real estate, or construction.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
