Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and skills)

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our marketing strategies, managing both digital and offline campaigns, and contributing to the growth of our brand. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.

• Manage and create engaging content for the company’s social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.

• Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, email newsletters, presentations, and website content.

• Help organize and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams (like sales and product) and external vendors to ensure campaign success.

• Assist with day-to-day marketing administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree (Graduation) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Knowledge of Odia is a strong plus.)

• Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with major social media platforms.

• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  

Preferred (Good to Have):

• 0-2 years of experience in a marketing role or relevant internships.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing).

• Familiarity with design tools (like Canva) or analytics tools (like Google Analytics).

• A creative mindset with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
