Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate - Sales
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, building client relationships, generating leads, and driving sales
growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mind-sets, and a
passion for sales to contribute overall expansion of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking,
online platform research, etc.)
2. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable
solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business..
4. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
6. Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the
CRM.
Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development, sales or similar
field preferred.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and generate leads and close
deals.
 Knowledge of digital marketing, IT services or software sales is a plus.
 Familiarity with CRM Tools.
 Strong organization and project management skills.
 Friendly and personable demeanour.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Salary Range : Rs 20,000 –Rs 35000 per month(Based on experience and
Performance)
Work Location: Work from Office
