Job Title: Marketing Executive – Rooftop Solar Solutions

Ltd. is a fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector, specializing in solar EPC projects for leading clients such as Sterling & Wilson, Adani, Tata Power, Siemens Gamesa, Azure Power, and ReNew. We are now expanding our Rooftop Solar Business in the Mathura region to provide high-quality solar energy solutions for homes, businesses, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote rooftop solar systems (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Identify, approach, and convert potential customers, channel partners, and institutions for rooftop solar installations.
Conduct on-ground surveys, generate leads, and follow up on prospects until closure.
Plan and execute local marketing activities, including roadshows, digital campaigns, and community outreach programs.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for site visits, proposals, and project execution.
Maintain records of leads, inquiries, proposals, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Provide inputs on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.
Support after-sales and customer relationship-building activities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate in Marketing/Business Administration/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1–3 years of marketing/sales experience (solar/renewables/energy sector preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi & English.
Strong local market knowledge and networking ability.
Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting targets.
Basic understanding of solar technology and rooftop systems (training will be provided).
Proficient in MS Office, social media marketing, and lead generation tools.
Mandatory Requirement:
Own Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and Valid Driving Licence – required for field visits and client meetings.
