Position: Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented and creative Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility and reach of our news channel. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns through online and offline channels.

Manage and grow the channel's presence on digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Coordinate with designers, content creators, and vendors for marketing materials and activities.

Conduct market research, identify current trends, and analyze competitor activities.

Write and edit promotional content including social media posts, emailers, brochures, and press releases.

Build relationships with advertisers, partners, and other media houses to create growth opportunities.

Track campaign performance and generate periodic reports with recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate with the production and editorial teams to align marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with strong skills are also welcome).

Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, time management, and creative thinking abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
