Job Overview

We are looking for a female Real Estate Marketing Agent to join our team and promote residential/commercial projects for our private builder firm. The candidate will be responsible for client interaction, property promotion, lead follow-ups, and assisting in closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote builder projects through marketing activities and client interactions.

• Handle walk-in clients at the site and explain project details effectively.

• Manage inquiries from calls, messages, and digital marketing platforms.

• Conduct follow-ups with potential customers and convert leads into site visits.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for daily updates.

• Maintain client records and provide regular sales reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Gender: Female candidates only

• Education: Any Graduate (Marketing or related field preferred)

• Experience: 1–3 years in real estate sales/marketing or customer handling

• Languages: Must be fluent in English and any one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Hindi preferred)
