Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer specializing in Solar Programmable Lighting Systems, AC/DC Drivers, and BLDC Fans to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing solar-powered LED systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation in energy-efficient technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solar-powered LED lighting systems and circuits.

• Conduct performance testing, validation, and troubleshooting of solar, driver, and LED components.

• Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with R&D and production teams for new product development.

• Optimize product efficiency through innovative solar and energy storage solutions.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and test results.

• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

• Experience: 3–6 years in solar lighting, LED systems, BLDC fans, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of solar panels, batteries, LED drivers, PCB design, and testing equipment.

• Good understanding of power supplies, energy storage, and renewable technologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
