Handle customer inquiries, maintain relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update documentation, reports, and records in Excel and ERP software.
Assist in day-to-day marketing and sales support activities.
Follow up with customers on orders, queries, and feedback.
Support the team in preparing quotations, presentations, and related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, billing, etc.) to ensure smooth customer service.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in marketing/sales support or customer handling.
Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and ERP software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
