Job Title: PR & Marketing Executive – Bar & Lounge

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR & Marketing Executive to lead the branding, promotions, and public relations activities for our premium Bar & Lounge. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of nightlife, F&B marketing, event promotion, and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Branding:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase footfall and brand visibility.

  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, digital ads, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.

  • Oversee all creative content — photoshoots, videos, social media creatives, etc.

• Public Relations & Communication:

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and event promoters.

  • Draft press releases, event announcements, and other PR materials.

  • Handle brand collaborations, sponsorships, and external communication.

• Events & Promotions:

  • Coordinate weekly events, theme nights, celebrity visits, and special activations.

  • Work closely with the bar and operations team to ensure smooth event execution.

  • Drive pre-event buzz and post-event media coverage.

• Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging, trendy, and aesthetic content.

  • Track analytics, engagement, and campaign performance.

  • Respond to customer queries and feedback online.

• Vendor & Partnership Coordination:

  • Liaise with agencies, photographers, DJs, and event partners.

  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in PR or marketing — preferably in hospitality, nightlife, F&B, or entertainment.

• Strong communication and networking skills.

• Excellent knowledge of social media trends and event marketing.

• Creative mindset with a passion for nightlife and brand storytelling.
