Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in running Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising paid ad campaigns to generate leads, drive traffic, and maximise ROI.
You’ll also have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives for each successful client campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

• Monitor and analyse ad performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Tag Manager.

• Optimise campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and reduce CPC.

• Collaborate with the content and design team to create compelling ad creatives.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Manage client budgets and ensure campaigns align with goals.

• Generate leads and conversions for client businesses.

• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in running and managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and conversion tracking.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimisation, and funnel strategy is a plus.

• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
