Position: Marketing Field Executive – Real Estate (Commercial & Industrial)

We are a well-established Real Estate firm with over 22 years of experience, specializing in corporate leasing and resale of commercial and industrial properties across Delhi-NCR.

To support our growing operations, we are seeking a Marketing Field Executive with a proactive and creative approach to lead generation and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field research and collect data on commercial and industrial properties across various locations in Delhi-NCR.

• Identify potential properties and clients through physical site visits, online platforms, and marketing tools.

• Generate and regularly update a database of leads for leasing and resale opportunities.

• Coordinate with the sales and leasing team to provide market insights and support strategic planning.

• Prepare and maintain reports on market trends, property listings, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate field marketing preferred. Freshers with strong knowledge and motivation are also encouraged to apply.

• In-depth knowledge of Delhi-NCR locations and commercial/industrial real estate markets.

• Proficient in using marketing tools, social media, and digital platforms for lead generation.

• A creative, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.

• Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.

• Must own a two-wheeler or any personal conveyance for field travel.
