We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Daya Laminates Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Promotion Manager – Plywood & Laminates Industry
Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) for plywood and laminates.
Design and execute brand positioning strategies to differentiate the product in the market.
Plan ATL & BTL activities – hoardings, van campaigns, wall paintings, etc.
Oversee digital marketing efforts – social media, website, Google ads.
Manage product catalogs, brochures, and marketing collateral.
Plan and execute dealer branding – glow signboards, shop fascia, display racks.
Organize carpenter meets, influencer engagement, and loyalty programs.
Coordinate architect, interior designer, and contractor programs for brand visibility.
Ensure in-shop branding, point-of-purchase materials, and visual merchandising.
Plan participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and interior design events (ACETECH, IndiaWood, etc.).
Organize roadshows, mobile van promotions, and sampling drives.
Execute festive and seasonal campaigns to boost sales.
Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends.
Provide inputs for pricing, packaging, and product launches.
Analyze the ROI of campaigns and submit reports to management.
5. Coordination with Sales Team
Work with sales managers to identify branding needs at dealer counters.
Support the sales team with leads, marketing tools, and promotional materials.
Develop sales promotion plans (offers, dealer schemes).
6. Vendor & Budget Management
Identify and manage creative agencies, print vendors, and event organizers.
Prepare and monitor the annual marketing budget.
Negotiate costs and ensure cost-effective execution of activities.
