Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and promoting our brand through on-ground marketing activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to interact with customers directly, and a proactive approach to achieve marketing and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute field marketing campaigns in designated areas

• Generate leads through BTL (Below The Line) activities like door-to-door visits, canopy setup, flyers, and outdoor promotions

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the field

• Build strong relationships with local vendors, retailers, or customers

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and sales teams

• Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner

• Submit daily/weekly reports on activities and results

• Coordinate with internal teams for event planning and execution

• Achieve monthly lead generation or sales targets

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or similar roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and travel extensively

• Good organizational and reporting skills

• Familiarity with local market trends and customer behavior
