Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing operations across dialysis centres. The candidate should have a healthcare/medico marketing background with hands-on experience in retail marketing, digital campaigns, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail & Field Marketing:
Support hyperlocal marketing activities across dialysis centres
Assist with campaign execution, branding, patient engagement activities, and community outreach
Conduct centre visits for audits, branding checks, and event support
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts across platforms
Run and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Support SEO content and performance optimization
Prepare basic creatives using Canva
Basic video editing for reels, patient testimonials, and awareness videos
Co-ordination & Execution:
Liaise with internal stakeholders (ops, design, tech) for smooth execution
Manage vendor coordination for printing, events, merchandise, etc.
Assist in execution of marketing projects and brand campaigns
Skills & Tools Required:
Experience in healthcare or medico marketing (preferred)
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools
Working knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g., InShot, Filmora, CapCut)
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent coordination, time management, and follow-up skills
