Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with the company’s business goals and growth objectives.

• Identify target markets and segments (hospitals, insurance companies, corporates, TPAs, government bodies) and customize campaigns accordingly.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

Branding & Positioning

• Build a strong brand identity and reputation for the company in the healthcare and aviation sectors.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, communications, and promotional materials.

• Lead the design and execution of impactful campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

• Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, email campaigns, and website management.

• Drive online lead generation and conversion through performance marketing strategies.

• Monitor digital KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve ROI goals.

Business Partnerships & Outreach

• Identify and build strategic alliances with hospitals, air operators, international assistance companies, and corporate partners.

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to support tendering and institutional sales with marketing tools and presentations.

• Represent the organization at healthcare expos, industry events, and medical tourism forums.

Content, PR & Communications

• Lead creation of marketing content including brochures, videos, newsletters, press releases, and case studies.

• Manage public relations, media coverage, and crisis communication planning.

• Serve as the brand spokesperson when required for media or public engagements.

Team Management & Coordination

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives, designers, content creators, and digital marketers.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Business Development, and Clinical teams to align marketing initiatives.
