As a Tele‑caller, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, reaching out to booked leads and incoming inquiries. Your goal is to generate interest in our baby‑shoot packages, schedule studio or home‑shoot appointments, and support overall studio growth.

Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce our photography services and latest promotions. 

Handle inbound inquiries, share package details, pricing, and availability. 

Follow-up with warm leads who showed interest but didn’t book. 

Maintain accurate records of all calls, client details, and outcomes in CRM or Excel.

Collaborate with the photography/sales team to coordinate appointments and confirm bookings.
